Today we received notification from FEMA that our grant submitted under the Assistance to Firefighters Grant has been awarded. The grant is to purchase full Wildland PPE (helmets, goggles, respiratory protection, brush jackets, brush pants, fire shelters, gloves and boots), 1400 feet of forestry hose and traffic safety vests. The grant was awarded in the amount of $26,554.

This is the second AFG Grant awarded to our Company. In 2002 we were awarded $40,000 to purchase new SCBAs.
